Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical

化学性质

生产方法
由氟乙酸乙酯经缩合反应制备。首先将甲醇钠加入干燥的反应锅内,随后用甲酸乙酯除去甲醇钠中的游离碱,并在搅拌下进行常压蒸馏以去除甲醇,直至甲醇钠变成白色粉末。降温至50℃后,加入甲苯,再降至10℃以下滴加甲酸乙酯。完成后,在20-25℃条件下继续反应7小时,然后降至10℃以下,加入无水甲醇和乙酸甲脒,并搅拌直至反应物固化,静置过夜。随后添加盐酸并加热以使固化物溶解,过滤后滤液进行常压蒸馏去除部分液体,冷却结晶,过滤获得粗品。最后,使用无水乙醇重结晶,并通过活性炭脱色即得5-氟-4-羟基嘧啶。
