摘要 本工作通过改变氧化态和反应条件的改良的Ullmann偶联反应概念证明了4,7-二氯喹啉的功能化。基于这些条件,已经合成了新型的2-(4-吗啉代喹啉-7-基)-N-取代的苯基肼基碳硫酰胺衍生物。通过IR,1 H NMR和13 C NMR光谱研究证实了包括中间体的最终合成化合物的结构。针对各种微生物菌株进行了生物学特性检查。SAR和HOMO-LUMO计算是为了进行明智的设计。 图形概要
