制备方法与用途

用途

L-乳酸钙属于天然活性离子钙，已获得美国食品药品管理局（FDA）批准作为食品添加剂使用。它因含有高浓度的钙、良好的溶解度、较高的吸收率、极高的安全性和合理的价格而备受重视。

化学性质

L-乳酸钙是一种白色无味粉末或颗粒，具有微风化性与抗氧化性。该物质易溶于水但不溶于乙醇，在120℃下会失去全部结晶水，并能增强活性和稳定pH值。

生产方法

L-乳酸钙以淀粉为原料，通过天然发酵制成。
