体外研究在乳腺癌细胞系活力测定实验中,DC0-NH2(浓度为 0-3 nM,72 小时)对 Ramos、Namalwa 和 HL60/s 细胞显示出很强的抗增殖效力。具体来说,抑制 Namalwa 和 HL60/s 细胞增殖的 IC50 值分别为 7 pM 和 5 pM;而对 COLO205 细胞的抑制范围在 100 pM 以内。
