制备方法与用途

应用

3,7-二溴-1,5-萘啶是一种医药中间体，可通过将1,5-萘啶与单质溴反应制得。此化合物还可用于制备电子传输材料。

制备

将1,5-萘啶（30.80g，236.7mmol）和乙酸钠（38.83g，473.3mmol）溶解在乙酸（236.7mL）中，并加热至60℃。在30分钟内逐滴加入溴（25.6mL，496.9mmol）在乙酸（35mL）中的溶液。将反应液在60℃下搅拌22小时后冷却至室温，用水（250mL）稀释并用4N NaOH(aq.)（300mL）碱化，生成米色沉淀。通过过滤收集沉淀，并使用水、甲醇和丙酮进行洗涤。最终从氯仿（1.36L）中重结晶，得到纯度较高的奶油色固体化合物，总收率为44%。
