Phenylvaleric Acid and Flavonoid Glycosides from <i>Polygonum </i><i>s</i><i>alicifolium</i>

(3R)-O-beta-D-Glucopyranasyloxy-5-phenylvaleric acid (1), (3R)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-5-phenylvaleric acid n-butyl ester (2), and a new dihydrochalcone diglycoside 4'-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-glucopyranosyl]oxy-2'-hydroxy-3',6'-dimethoxydihydrochalcone (3), together with six known flavonoid glycosides [kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (= astragalin) (4), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (5), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (= isoquercitrin) (6), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (= hyperoside) (7), quercetin-3-O-(2 "-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8), and quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (9)] were isolated from the aerial parts of Polygonum salicifolium. The structure elucidation of the isolated compounds was performed by spectroscopic (UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1D- and SD-NMR), chemical (methylation, enzymatic hydrolysis, partial synthesis), and chromatographic methods (HPLC, Chiralcel OD). The flavonoid glycosides (4-9) demonstrated scavenging properties toward the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical in TLC autographic assays.
(3R)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷基氧-5-苯基戊酸(1)、(3R)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷基氧-5-苯基戊酸-n-丁基酯(2)以及一个新型的二氢查尔酮二糖苷4'-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-吡喃葡萄糖基]氧-2'-羟基-3',6'-二甲氧基二氢查尔酮(3),连同6种已知的黄酮苷[山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(= astragalin)(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、芦丁苷(= isoquercitrin)(6)、芦丁苷(= hyperoside)(7)、3-O-(2"-O-没食子酰)-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(8)以及3-O-β-D-葡糖醛酸吡喃苷(9)],从花木香的地上部分中分离出来。利用光谱法(UV、IR、ESI-MS、1D和2D NMR)、化学法(甲基化、酶解水解、部分合成)和色谱法(HPLC、Chiralcel OD)对分离出的化合物进行了结构鉴定。黄酮苷(4-9)在TLC自显影法中对2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基( DPPH )自由基具有清除作用。
