  一种(S)‑(+)‑2‑氨基丁酰胺盐酸盐的制备方法,本发明涉及一种左乙拉西坦关键中间体的制备方法，具体步骤如下：以L‑2‑氨基丁酸为起始物料，与氯化亚砜进行酯化反应，反应完毕后浓缩部分溶剂；然后通氨气中和生成的氯化氢和剩余的氯化亚砜；过滤后通氨气进行氨解反应，处理完毕得到(S)‑2‑氨基丁酰胺盐酸盐。该制备方法，起始物料简单易得，采用“一锅法”原子利用率高，操作简便，所得产品质量高。
