A photochromic nano-composite microsphere, as well as a paint, coating and photochromic optical material prepared therefrom. The photochromic nano-composite microsphere is a three-layer composite core-shell structure, its core is a zinc sulfide mesoporous nano-microsphere, its middle layer is a photochromic layer composed of the spiropyrans compound, and its shell is polyurethane; the outer diameter of the composite microsphere is 50-350 nm, wherein, the diameter of the zinc sulfide mesoporous nano-microsphere is 30 ∼ 250 nm, the thickness of the middle layer is 5 ∼ 25 nm, and the thickness of the shell is 5 ∼ 25 nm. The photochromic composite microsphere can be made into a photochromic coating or doped into a resin optical material to make a photochromic material. The material can become colored from colorless under UV light irradiation and rapidly fade to colorless when the UV light disappears, and has the advantages of strong fatigue resistance, good stability, and high color changing speed etc.
一种光致变色纳米复合微球及其制备的涂料、涂层和光致变色光学材料。光致变色纳米复合微球为三层复合核壳结构,其核为硫化锌介孔纳米微球,中间层为由螺吡喃化合物组成的光致变色层,外壳为聚氨酯;复合微球的外径为 50 ~ 350 nm,其中,硫化锌介孔纳米微球的直径为 30 ~ 250 nm,中间层的厚度为 5 ~ 25 nm,外壳的厚度为 5 ~ 25 nm。光致变色复合微球可制成光致变色涂层,或掺入树脂光学材料中制成光致变色材料。该材料在紫外光照射下可由无色变为有色,紫外光消失后又可迅速褪色为无色,具有抗疲劳性强、稳定性好、变色速度快等优点。
