The present invention provides a cationically photopolymerizable composition suitably usable for use in an optoelectronic component, in particular, a cationically photopolymerizable composition capable of attaining a high adhesiveness and a high dimensional stability at high temperatures, low temperatures and/or high humidities. Specifically, disclosed is a cationically photopolymerizable composition comprising as the main components thereof the following (A) to (D): (A) 100 parts by weight of a cationically polymerizable compound comprising 5% or more by weight of a hydrogenated bisphenolic epoxy resin; (B) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of one or more iodonium salts each having a specific structure; (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of one or more benzoyl compounds each having a specific structure; and (D) 10 to 90 parts by weight of a glass fiber having a fiber length of 1 to 500 µm and a fiber diameter of 0.5 to 100 µm.
