其制备方法如下:
亚硝化反应:以2-氟苯酚为原料,在稀盐酸的存在下进行亚硝化生成2-氟-4-亚硝基苯酚。所用的稀盐酸浓度为15~20%,优选15%;亚硝化试剂为亚硝酸碱金属盐或亚硝酸酯,优选亚硝酸钠;反应温度控制在-5~5℃范围内,优选0℃。
氧化反应:利用稀硝酸将2-氟-4-亚硝基苯酚氧化为2-氟-4-硝基苯酚。采用的稀硝酸浓度范围是15~55%,优选30%。
该发明具有以下优点:工艺简单,亚硝化过程中仅生成极少量异构体,收率高达90%;精制过程也十分容易,纯度可达99.5%以上,从而有效降低了生产成本。
