The invention relates to compounds of Formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X and R1to R5are as defined in the description; to their use in medicine; to compositions containing them; to processes for their preparation; and to intermediates used in such processes. The compounds the present invention may inhibit the activities of MASTL receptor and may be useful in the treatment, prevention, suppression and amelioration of cancers, or diseases, disorders and conditions mediated by MASTL receptor.

Compounds of Formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are defined herein, maintain good activity against NS3 proteases containing clinically relevant genotype 1 a R155K and genotype 1 b D168V resistance mutations.
