4-氨基-3-氟苯羧酸甲酯是一种羧酸酯类衍生物，可用作医药中间体。

制备 第一步：酯化反应

采用4-硝基-3-氟苯甲酸、甲醇、苯和酸催化剂作为原料进行酯化反应。加热蒸出生成的水，直至不再有水馏出时表明反应结束。随后蒸发过量的甲醇和苯，并将溶液冷却。产物用自来水和10％NaHCO3水溶液洗涤至pH值为7左右。最后通过减压蒸馏收集112-114℃的馏分，得到4-硝基苯甲酸甲酯。

第二步：加氢还原反应

使用甲醇、4-硝基-3-氟苯甲酸甲酯和雷尼镍作为催化剂进行加氢还原反应。密封高压反应釜并置换空气后，启动搅拌器并升温。加氢至不再吸氢时反应结束。过滤出雷尼镍催化剂，并从滤液中回收甲醇。收集108-110℃的馏分，即为4-氨基-3-氟苯甲酸甲酯。
