制备方法

传统的升级产品制备步骤如下:在不超过70℃的条件下,先将FeSO₄、CuSO₄、MnSO₄、ZnSO₄和MgSO₄全部溶解于水中,得到溶液A;随后,在同样温度下将EDTA•2Na完全溶解于水中,获得溶液B。然后按EDTA•2Na∶硫酸盐∶水(摩尔比)为1∶0.1~0.5∶300~2500的比例混合并搅拌0.5小时。最后通过加入NaOH调节pH值,并进行过滤以完成制备过程。

这种生产方法存在一些不足之处,需要改进。乙二胺四乙酸锰二钠是乙二胺四乙酸的一种螯合金属盐。
