醋酸钬概述

醋酸钬化学式为C₆H₉HoO₆,CAS号为312619-49-1,分子量为342.06200。研究表明,稀土元素可能会导致大白鼠肝脏和肺部脂质过氧化损伤,进而产生活性自由基,引起碱基损伤、DNA链断裂,并具有致突变作用。体外培养A549肺癌细胞的试验也证实了,受SOD活力抑制剂处理的细胞染色体畸变率明显增高,并表现出一定的毒性变化。当机体细胞产生SOD能力下降或内环境自由基浓度增大时,细胞膜及遗传物质可能受到不同程度的损伤。高剂量的稀土元素也可能具有致突变作用。

制备方法

一种醋酸钬晶体的制备方法包括以下步骤:

  1. 将分析纯冰醋酸与去离子按体积比1:0.5泵入反应釜中,搅拌均匀并加热至50℃。
  2. 转动搅拌桨并将称量好的碳酸缓缓加入反应釜,碳酸的加入量与醋酸摩尔比为1:3.3。
  3. 完全反应后,将液料加热至110℃-125℃停止加热,使反应釜内液料自然冷却结晶。
  4. 当液料温度冷却至50℃以下时,搅拌桨停止搅拌,并排放到过滤箱中滤去液体。

  1. 取氧化(Ⅲ) 10g 加至500mL 50% 醋酸溶液中,用砂浴加热,通常可完全溶解。若瓶底仍有少量未溶的氧化物,则需过滤成清液。
  2. 将滤液置于75℃浴上加热以蒸去大部分溶剂,冷却后滤集晶体。
  3. 将晶体放入玻璃皿中,置于装有固体氢氧化钠高氯酸镁的真空干燥器中抽真空进行干燥,得到醋酸钬(Ⅲ)。
  4. 合物在真空中于150℃加热约24小时或至恒重,得到无醋酸钬(Ⅲ)。
