制备方法与用途

功效

七叶皂素来源于马栗树和七叶树的萃取物,促进胶原合成,修复受损皮肤,并高效保湿。含有丰富的类黄酮,具有天然强力抗老化、抗皱功效。能够改善眼部皮肤血液循环,消除脂肪团,缓解黑眼圈和眼袋问题。

性状

七叶皂素为棕黄色至白色的结晶性粉末;气微,味苦。

用途

七叶皂苷能抗组织水肿、降低血管通透性和预防组织内水分积存,迅速消除局部水肿引起的沉重感觉和压力。此外,它还可以治疗胃寒作痛、脘腹胀满、疳积虫痛、疟疾和痢疾。

生物活性

Escin(Aescin)是在欧洲七叶树中发现的皂苷混合物,具有抗炎、血管收缩及保护血管的作用。

体外研究

Escin能有效抑制胰腺癌细胞增殖,并对正常骨骼肌细胞影响甚微。它在BxPC-3和PANC-1细胞中增强gemcitabine的增殖抑制效果和诱导凋亡的效果,还能下调gemcitabine诱导的NF-kB及其下游基因产物的激活。

体内研究

Escin 在带有 BxPC-3 移植瘤的裸鼠中提高了 gemcitabine 的治疗效果。Escin 和 gemcitabine 对抑制胰腺肿瘤生长具有显著协同效应,能抑制增殖并诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。此外,Escin 还增强了 gemcitabine 对 NF-kB 及其调节基因产物的抑制作用。
