    摘要:
    褪黑激素(MT)的溶解度随着改性环糊精(CDs)的添加而提高。在β-环糊精(β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、单-6-O-麦芽糖基-β-环糊精(mono-G2-β-CD)、甲基-β-环糊精(Me-β-CD)和磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)的存在下,MT的溶解度均高于MT本身。特别是在SBE-β-CD的存在下,MT的溶解度是其本身的11倍。基于荧光强度获得的稳定常数(K)为490 L/mol,针对MT/SBE-β-CD包合物。通过1H–1H旋转框架核奥弗豪泽效应光谱(NMR)研究了水溶液中MT/SBE-β-CD复合物的结构。MT的5-甲氧基部分从SBE-β-CD的次级羟基面包合。MT/SBE-β-CD包合物是通过冷冻干燥法制备的。X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析的结果确认了固体中复合物的形成。

    The catalyst of 6-O-(sulfobutyl)--cyclodextrin (SB-CD) is renewable, non-toxic, environmentally benign and biocompatible, which could be used as efficient and recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of biodiesel from free long-chain fatty acids with low-chain alcohols as substrates. The reaction was accomplished at 60 degrees C for 1.5 h, while the products were separated from the catalyst system by liquid/liquid at room temperature with good conversion of 91-98%. The catalyst can be reused for 10 times. The novel and clean procedure offers advantages including short reaction time, good conversion, operational simplicity, and environmentally benign characteristics.

    The solubility of melatonin (MT) was improved with the addition of modified cyclodextrins (CDs). The solubilities of MT in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), mono-6-O-maltosyl-β-cyclodextrin (mono-G2-β-CD), methyl-β-cyclodextrin (Me-β-CD), and sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin (SBE-β-CD) were higher than that of MT itself. In particular, the solubility of MT in the presence of SBE-β-CD was 11 times higher than that of MT itself. The stability constant (K) obtained based on the fluorescence intensity was 490 L/mol for the MT/SBE-β-CD inclusion complex. The structure of the MT/SBE-β-CD complex in aqueous solution was examined by 1H–1H rotating frame nuclear overhauser effect spectroscopy NMR. A 5-methoxy moiety of MT was included from the secondary hydroxyl face of SBE-β-CD. The MT/SBE-β-CD inclusion complex was prepared by the freeze-drying method. The results of X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry confirmed the formation of the complex in solid.
