Abstract Foliage of Cupressus bakeri contains a group of compounds related to (−) cis -calamenene, six of which are new: two hydrocarbons ( cis -muurola-3,5-diene and cis -muurola-4(14),5-diene); two alcohols ( cis -muurol-5-en-4α- and -4β-ol); and two keto-compounds (2-ethylisomenthone and 2-(3-oxobutyl)-isomenthone).
