制备方法与用途

简介

月桂酸锌是一种细小的白色粉末，手感滑腻。它能溶于热水和热乙醇，并且微溶于冷乙醇、醚等有机溶剂。这种物质具有优良的乳化、分散和润滑能力。

应用

月桂酸锌可作为PVC热稳定剂使用，其性价比高。当与钡皂、镉皂并用时，会产生协同作用，适用于一般工业透明制品；而与钙皂并用，则可用于环保制品。这种物质广泛应用于塑料、涂料、润滑脂、纺织、建筑、造纸、颜料和日用化学品等领域，在塑料工业中作为PVC热稳定剂使用，在涂料行业则作为一种消光剂。

生产方法

将27.5克化学纯的氧化锌悬浮在150毫升水中，并加入0.5克吗啉。然后，将140.6克商业级的月桂酸和0.5克吗啉溶于700毫升水中制成乳液，并保持温度在65℃。接下来，在1小时内逐步向氧化锌悬浮液中加入制得的月桂酸乳液，同时保持温度在55℃并充分搅拌。最终得到的产物通过过滤、干燥处理后即为月桂酸锌产品。
