用途
1-甲基-4-乙氧基羰基吡唑-5-磺酰氯是除草剂吡嘧磺隆的中间体。
生产方法
其制备方法是以1-甲基-4-乙氧基羰基吡唑胺为原料,在水、盐酸和乙酸溶液中滴加硫酸,使体系发热升温,以促进吡唑胺溶解。随后冷却至0℃,在0~5℃下缓慢滴加亚硝酸钠溶液进行重氮化反应。反应完成后,将重氮液逐渐加入预先制备的二氧化硫与乙酸的混合物中,并控制反应温度在约0℃,同时加入催化剂。待反应结束,加热以除去多余的二氧化硫,并用乙酸回收利用。接着,向反应液中加水,使用二氯乙烷进行萃取,得到吡唑磺酰氯的二氯乙烷溶液。随后,加热蒸发去除二氯乙烷,最终制得成品。
