制备方法:
将0.26克硼氢化钠(7.00毫摩尔)溶解于30毫升乙醚中,逐滴加入到含有0.80克2-(氰基甲基)吡啶(6.82毫摩尔)和0.93克AlCl3(7.00毫摩尔)的混合溶液中。室温搅拌6小时后,移除溶剂,并用热异丙醚(3次,每次30毫升)进行萃取。合并有机层并减压去除溶剂,最终得到2-(2-氨乙基)吡啶。
