AbstractA fast, one pot method with excellent yield has been developed for preparation of 1,4,5-trisubstituted pyrazoles. Treatment of β-dicarbonyl compounds with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethylacetal and hydrazine derivatives afforded immediately the desired pyrazoles under solvent-free conditions in the absence of catalyst.
