Comprehensive stereochemical assignment of TMCO adducts with dihalocarbenes and spiroepoxy products was achieved. The conditions of the formation of 1-methyl-3,7-bis(methylidene)bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane from the adamantane derivative were optimized, and diadducts of this diene with dihalocarbenes were isolated and characterized.
已经开发了从市售金刚烷-1,3-二羧酸直接合成克级的1,3,5,7-四(亚甲基)环辛烷(TMCO)。TMCO对多种羧甲酸酯和环氧化试剂表现出高反应活性,经过多次环丙烷化,二卤代环丙烷化或四个双键的环氧化以生成多螺环产物。在实验(NMR)和理论(DFT)研究中已经彻底检查了聚螺环丙烷化化合物的立体化学特征。实现了TMCO加合物与二卤代卡宾和螺环氧化合物的全面立体化学分配。优化了从金刚烷衍生物形成1-甲基-3,7-双(亚甲基)双环[3.3.1]壬烷的条件,并分离并表征了该二烯与二卤卡宾的二加合物。
