应用
3,5-二甲氧基苯基乙腈是一种有机中间体,常用于实验室的有机合成过程。
合成方法
将2.310克(0.01摩尔)3,5-二甲氧基溴苄、1.485克(0.015摩尔)三甲基氰硅烷和4.725克(0.015摩尔)四丁基氟化铵加入30毫升乙腈中,置于100毫升三口烧瓶内。搅拌均匀后,升温至回流反应6小时,并通过薄层色谱跟踪检测反应进程。冷却至室温后,将反应液倾入100毫升冰水中,搅拌直至白色固体析出。过滤得到的固体用50%甲醇洗涤,干燥后即得3,5-二甲氧基苯基乙腈,收率为66.7%,熔点为52-53℃。
通过1H NMR(300 MHz, CDCl₃)测定其结构:δ 6.46 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 2H), 6.40 (t, J=2.2 Hz, 1H), 3.79 (s, 6H), 3.68 (s, 2H)。
