制备方法与用途

概述

马钱子碱，亦称“士的宁”，是一种吲哚类生物碱，化学式为C21H22N2O2。它于1818年从菲律宾出产的吕宋豆种子中首次被发现，现在多从马钱子及其他马钱子属植物的种子中提取。在醇中结晶呈单棱柱状，味极苦，难溶于水但易溶于醇和氯仿，几乎不溶于醚。含水结晶物熔点为105°C，无水结晶物熔点为178°C。其毒性极大，人致死剂量约为30～100毫克。

用途

硝基马钱子碱主要作用于脊髓，能增强骨骼肌肉紧张度，兴奋大脑皮层及视、听器官，引起恐惧、震颤、角弓反张和痉挛等症状，最终导致因呼吸中枢衰竭而死亡。作为药物，它可以治疗半瘫痪、瘫痪和弱视症。硝基马钱子碱是马钱子碱的衍生物，是一种分析试剂，用于检测和测定各种金属离子和有机化合物。
