  当 2â²,3â²-二-O-乙酰基-2â²-脱氧肌苷的 N-1 位（产物 1 或 2）上连接 4-硝基苯基或 2,4-二硝基苯基时，其碱基 2-碳会被强烈激活而发生亲核反应。1- (Ï-氨基烷基)-和 1- (Ï-羟基烷基)-2â²-脱氧肌苷衍生物 5、8â10 已通过化合物 1 或 2 与适当的δ,Ï-二胺或δ,Ï-羟基胺处理后的嘌呤环重排而有效合成。此外，1-氨基-2²-脱氧肌苷 11 和 1-羟基-2²-脱氧肌苷 13 也可分别通过底物 1 或 2 与肼或羟胺反应而轻松地以高产率制备出来。
