  The complex (dippe)Pt(NBE)(2) (NBE = norbornene) reacts with thioethers RSR' upon heating to give C-S oxidative addition products (RSR' = Ph2S, PhSMe, PhSallyl, MeSallyl, PhSvinyl, PhCH2SMe, PhSCF3, and dithiane).
