A targeting moiety may be an antibody, or binding fragment thereof. The phosphoantigen may be a prodrug. The invention further relates to linker-drug compounds comprising a phosphoantigen moiety, for use in the manufacture of conjugates, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said immunoconjugates.
