Small amounts of MoO 2 Cl 2 or MoO 2 Cl 2 (DMF) 2 catalyze carbamate formation from an alcohol and isocyanates: 0.1 mol% of the respective additive allow primary, secondary or tertiary alcohols to add to aliphatic or aromatic isocyanates of varied steric hindrance within 20 minutes at room temperature. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft primär die Verwendung von bestimmten auf dem Neo-Menthylgerüst basierenden Harnstoffen, Thioharnstoffen, Carbamaten, Thiocarbamaten sowie Guanidinen und entsprechenden Mischungen untereinander bzw. mit weiteren Verbindungen als Geschmacksstoffe bzw. Geschmacksstoffmischungen zum Erzeugen, Vermitteln, Modifizieren oder Verstärken von würzigen Geschmacksnoten. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren bestimmte Zusammensetzungen, Zubereitungen und Halbfertigwaren, welche die besagten Verbindungen umfassen sowie Verfahren zum Erzeugen, Vermitteln, Modifizieren und/oder Verstärken bestimmter Geschmackseindrücke. Schließlich betrifft die Erfindung auch die Verbindungen selbst und entsprechende Mischungen.
The present invention relates primarily to the use of particular ureas, thioureas, carbamates, thiocarbamates and guanidines based on the neomenthyl structure and corresponding mixtures with one another or with further compounds as flavor materials or flavor material mixtures for producing, imparting, modifying and/or enhancing savory flavor notes. the invention furthermore relates to particular compositions, preparations and semifinished products which comprise the said compounds, as well as methods for producing, imparting, modifying and/or enhancing particular flavor impressions.
