Section 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES
Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.

  • 食用靛蓝为食用合成色素。
  • 食用色素是用于食品着色的一类添加剂,包括合成色素和天然色素,总数逾60种。
  • 一般用于调色。因其较不稳定,牢度低,染色性弱,最适宜于深色调。可调制成巧克力色、绿色、赤豆色、茶色、咖啡色。
  • 用于糕饼、冷饮、清凉饮料,用量5~100mg/kg。

用途

  • 作食品着色剂,我国规定可用于红绿丝中,最大使用量为0.20g/kg;在果汁(味)饮料类、碳酸饮料、配制酒、糖果、糕点上彩装、染色樱桃罐头(系装饰用)、青梅中,最大使用量0.10g/kg;在浸渍小菜中最大使用量为0.01g/kg。
  • 氧化还原指示剂。检验牛奶的硝酸盐和氯酸盐的试剂。
  • 生物染色剂,如尼基氏小体、细胞核的染色。
  • 肾功能的测定等。

生产方法

  • 靛蓝制备
    • 食用靛蓝实际上是靛蓝二磺酸二钠,由靛蓝用浓硫酸磺化,磺化结束后用水稀释,再用纯碱中和,最后加入氯化钠盐析,经过滤、水洗、干燥得成品。
  • 靛蓝铝色淀制备
    • 由氯化铝、硫酸铝等的铝盐与碳酸钠等的碱类制取氢氧化铝,然后添加于靛蓝水溶液,沉淀而得产品。
  • 生产方法
    • 用浓硫酸或与少量发烟硫酸合用,使靛蓝磺化后,用水适量稀释,经碳酸钠或氢氧化钠中和,以硫酸钠或氯化钠盐析,再经精制而得。
  • 生产方法
    • 由靛蓝粉经浓硫酸磺化后,加水稀释,用碳酸钠中和,再经盐析,精制而得。每吨产品消耗靛蓝粉(100%)210kg。
  • 生产方法
    • 由双二甲基氨基二苯基甲醇与2-羟基萘-3,6-二磺酸,在浓硫酸存在下,失去一分子水缩合成无色母体,在弱酸溶液中用二氧化锰氧化成三芳基甲烷色素。
      • 二苯基甲醇系由二氧化锰和硫酸氧化四烷基二氨基二苯基甲醇而得。可直接使用其离心分离的滤饼进行缩合。
      • 二氧化锰系由硫酸锰与高锰酸钾在碳酸钠溶液中新鲜制备而得。
