制备方法与用途

化学性质
该物质在乙醇中结晶，熔点为168～169℃（分解）。

用途
扎莫特罗具有选择性心脏兴奋作用，而不直接作用于血管平滑肌。主要用于治疗慢性心力衰竭，特别是对于因气喘、疲劳等症状而活动受限的心衰患者。

生产方法
3-[N-(2-氨乙基)-N-苄基氨基]-1-(4-苄氧基苯氧基)-2-丙醇，在50℃下用氯甲酸苯酯进行酰化，得到化合物(I)。随后在100℃和吗啉反应，生成化合物(Ⅱ)。最后通过氢解得到扎莫特罗。
