Following our previous reports on the spectroscopy and photochemistry of methyl ethers of cyclic α-oxo oximes, we have now studied a number of o- and p-benzoquinone mono-oxime O-methyl ethers and, for comparison, some corresponding o- and p-benzoquinones.
