Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Eye contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate
flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical
attention.

制备方法如下:将10克6-氨基吡啶-2-羧酸溶解于150毫升甲醇中,滴加20毫升浓硫酸,并回流反应16小时。大部分甲醇通过真空除去后,残渣倒入冰水中,用6N氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至8-9,然后使用乙酸乙酯进行萃取。有机相用水洗,再在硫酸钠上干燥、过滤并浓缩,最终得到标题化合物6-氨基吡啶甲酸甲酯,产率为7.5克。

    A new annulation method for the preparation of the imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine ring system under mild conditions is presented.
