1-acetyl-(Z)-3-salicylidene-2,5-piperazinedione and 3-(N-acetylglycyl)aminocoumarin by ca. 1:1 ratio. The former was readily converted with t-BuOCl into spiro[3H-benzofuran-2,3′-(2′,5′-dioxo)-piperazine] derivative which has a main skeleton of aspirochlorin.
1,4-二乙酰-2,5-哌嗪二酮与水杨醛缩合得到1-乙酰-(Z)-3-水杨基-2,5-哌嗪二酮和3-(N-乙酰甘氨酰)氨基香豆素。1:1 比例。前者很容易用 t-BuOCl 转化为螺[3H-苯并呋喃-2,3'-(2',5'-二氧代)-哌嗪]衍生物,其主要骨架为阿司匹林。
