制备方法与用途

简介

苯丙乳液是以水为连续相，由苯乙烯与丙烯酸酯类单体的多元共聚乳胶粒为分散相的体系。乳胶粒的特性决定了乳液及最终涂料的性能。

化学性质

苯丙乳液中的分子链含有特殊不饱和键的苯环，在长期紫外光照射下容易降解，因此其耐候性比纯丙类稍差。

优点

作为水性涂料的主要成膜物质，苯丙乳液具有胶膜结实、附着力强、耐水、耐碱、耐擦洗及制备工艺稳定等优点。

应用

苯丙乳液是目前应用最广泛的聚合物乳液之一。主要应用于建筑涂料、纺织工业印花涂料、纸张粘合剂及施胶剂、金属表面涂料以及水性油墨等领域。
