合成方法向5.122克(44.5 mmol)哌啶-4-甲醇的70毫升二氯甲烷溶液中加入8.91克(40.8 mmol)二碳酸二叔丁酯。所得反应液在室温下搅拌3小时后,倒入250毫升乙酸乙酯中,随后用3次各75毫升0.5 M盐酸水溶液和50毫升饱和食盐水洗涤。分离有机层并干燥(MgSO4),过滤除去干燥剂,并将滤液在真空条件下浓缩得到目标产物N-Boc-4-哌啶甲醇(9.78克,收率100%)。
用途该化合物可用于合成心动过缓剂。
