2,3-Dihydroheliparvifoline (Va) was obtained from 4-methoxy-3-benzyloxyaniline by condensation with diethyl (2-benzyloxyethyl)-malonate, and by subsequent methylation, debenzylation, and then cyclodehydration. Benzyl ether of Va was dehydrogenated and then treated with hydrochloric acid to give heliparvifoline.
2,3-二氢螺旋芹醇(Va)由4-甲氧基-3-苄氧基苯胺与(2-苄氧基乙基)丙二酸二乙酯缩合,然后进行甲基化、脱苄基化,最后进行环脱氢反应而得到。Va的苄醚经过脱氢,然后用盐酸处理,得到螺旋芹醇。
