Conformational isomers (OHa) and (OHe) have been obtained through addition of allylmagnesium bromide to ketone . Due to the highest barriers of inversion known so far [ΔG≠413 = 134.9 kJ/mol () and 136. 9 kJ/mol ()] both conformers are indefinitely stable at room temperature in solution.
