    本发明涉及一种3‑苯基‑4‑6‑二氯哒嗪的制备方法,其特征为在6‑苯基‑3‑哒嗪酮中加入氯化剂、溶剂和催化剂;化剂为五氯化磷;溶剂为三氯氧磷;催化剂为改性ZSM‑5分子筛;然后将反应溶液升温至85~95℃,保温反应0.5~1小时,升温至105~115℃回流反应3~5小时后反应结束,再将反应溶液减压蒸馏除去三氯氧磷,减压蒸馏的温度为105~125℃,真空度为‑0.1~‑0.09MPa;减压蒸馏结束后冷却至常温,然后加入6‑苯基‑3‑哒嗪酮重量1~3倍的甲苯,搅拌后升温重结晶过滤,结晶在75~85℃温度下烘干后得成品3‑苯基‑4‑6‑二氯哒嗪。本发明具有杂质产生少、便于成品分离、减少废水产生及提高收率的优点。
