A series of novel α-sulfonyl γ-(glycinyl-amino)proline peptidomimetic derivatives were designed, synthesized and assayed for their activities against matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), aminopeptidase N (APN)/CD13 and HDACs.
