In silico, In Vitro and docking applications for some novel complexes derived from new quinoline derivatives

razide (4) and their Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized by using elemental analysis (CHNM%), FTIR, UV/Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra, DTA, TGA, magnetic susceptibility and the conductivity of 0.001 M in DMSO. The obtained results revealed the formation of the Cu(II) complexes in the square planar form, meanwhile Ni(II) and Co(II) complexes as octahedral structure.
摘要 新型喹啉衍生物:2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-4-carbohydrazide (1), 2-(allyloxy) quinoline-4-carbohydrizde (2), 1-allyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline -4-carbohydrazid (3) 和 2-(allyl-thio)quinoline-4-carbohydrazide (4) 及其 Cu(II)、Ni(II) 和 Co(II) 配合物的合成和表征%)、FTIR、UV/Vis、1H NMR、13C NMR 光谱、DTA、TGA、磁化率和 DMSO 中 0.001 M 的电导率。所得结果表明,Cu(II)配合物以方形平面形式形成,而Ni(II)和Co(II)配合物则为八面体结构。合成配体及其配合物的 FTIR 光谱给出了特征伸缩振动带。TG分析中出现的失重表明
