  New 7-dialkylamino-1-substituted-6-halogeno-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3 carboxylic acids of the formula: ##STR1## wherein the R.sub.1 substituent is methyl, ethyl, vinyl or allyl and non-toxic pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
