Abstract A facile and efficient methodology, comprised of a domino reaction, a Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction followed by an aldol condensation has been developed to synthesize novel 1-glycopyranosyl-4-biaryl butenone derivatives in a one-pot fashion.
