A copper/phosphoramidite catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of Z trisubstituted allyl bromides with organolithium reagents is reported. The reaction affords all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers in high yields and very good regio‐ and enantioselectivity.
