    本发明公开(2,3‑二氢噻吩并[3,4‑B][1,4]二氧杂环己‑2‑基)甲醇的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:以3,4‑二烷氧基噻吩‑2,5‑二甲酸二烷基酯和单烷酸甘油酯为原料进行得到中间物1,再将中间物1进行碱化酸化反应得到中间物2,最后将中间物2进行脱羧后精馏得到产品。本发明由于单烷酸甘油酯只有两个醇羟基进行交换反应,使得合成的产物中间体1没有异构体杂质产生,从而可减少工业分离工序,产品的收率高,生产成本低,有利于工业化生产。
