  报道了非外消旋的β-烷基-β-芳基烯丙醇的合成及其向具有季立体位中心的烯丙胺的转化。通过Cu催化的烯酮的对映选择性还原或通过非外消旋炔丙醇的顺序烷基化/加氢甲锡烷基化/ Stille偶联来制备烯丙醇。通过完全手性转移的氰酸酯至异氰酸酯重排/亲核加成，将所制备的β-烷基-β-芳基烯丙醇转化（对应于氨基甲酰基化之后）为相应的烯丙胺衍生物。改变亲核试剂可以制备各种烯丙胺衍生物，包括氨基甲酸酯，酰胺，甲酰胺，脲和游离胺。所得烯丙胺的臭氧分解/氧化提供了非外消旋的季α-氨基酸。
