Methyl protodioscin (1), otherwise known as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)]-beta-d-glu copyranosyl]-26-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-22-methoxy-25(R)-furost-5-ene-3 beta,26-diol, has been synthesized for the first time from diosgenin through nine steps in an overall yield of 7.8%.
甲基原薯s素(1),也称为3-O- [α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-(1-> 2)-[α-L-鼠李糖吡喃糖基-(1-> 4)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl ] -26-O- [β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基] -22-甲氧基-25(R)-呋喃基-5-烯-3β,26-二醇,是由薯os皂苷元通过九步法首次合成的。总产率为7.8%。
