Some fluoroamatic compounds have been photoisomerised to bicyclo[2,2,0]hexa-2,5-diene derivatives, which were re-aromatised on heating. Hexafluorobenzene gave hexafluorobicyclo[2,2,0]hexa-2,5-diene in good yield.
