We presented a palladium-catalyzed domino cyclization/phosphorylation of gem-dibromoolefins, which utilize H-phosphinates and secondary phosphine oxides as the phosphine sources, respectively. A variety of phosphorylated heteroaromatics were obtained in moderate to good yields with wide functional group compatibility.
