2-羟甲基吡咯烷-1-羧酸丁酯是一种有机中间体,可通过两种方法制备:一是由2-吡咯烷甲醇与二碳酸二叔丁酯反应得到;二是通过还原N-Boc-脯氨酸的羧基获得。
制备取0.300克(1.98毫摩尔)2-吡咯烷甲醇溶解于5.0毫升二氯甲烷中,然后加入0.650克(1.98毫摩尔)二碳酸二叔丁酯。在室温下搅拌反应混合物16小时后,进行后处理。最后通过Isco Combi-Flash Companion柱色谱法纯化残余物(使用甲醇/二氯甲烷溶液比例从0%至10%),得到2-羟甲基吡咯烷-1-羧酸丁酯,产率为98%,重量为0.590克。
