    摘要:
    Lewis acids promote the polymerization of several 2-chloroalkylenedioxythiophenes, providing high-molecular-weight conjugated polymers. The proposed mechanism is a cationic chain-growth polymerization, as confirmed by end-capping reactions and a linear correlation of molecular weight with percent conversion. The "living" character of this process was used to prepare new block copolymers.

    A method of manufacturing an intrinsically conductive polymer crosslinking at least a portion of an intrinsically conductive polymer precursor in the solid state, the swollen state, or combinations comprising at least one of the foregoing states, wherein the swollen state is characterized as being one wherein the intrinsically conductive polymer precursor increases in volume upon exposure to a solvent without completely dissolving in the solvent. In another embodiment, a method of manufacturing a pattern comprises casting a film of an intrinsically conductive polymer precursor on a substrate; and crosslinking at least a portion of the film by oxidation, wherein the crosslinking occurs in the solid state, the swollen state or combinations comprising at least one of the foregoing states.

    The conductive polymer solution of the present invention contains a π-conjugated conductive polymer, a solubilizable polymer, a phase transfer catalyst, and an organic solvent. The method for preparing a conductive polymer solution of the present invention comprises adding a phase transfer catalyst adding an organic solvent to an aqueous polymer solution prepared by dissolving the π-conjugated conductive polymer and a solubilizable polymer in water. Alternatively, the method for preparing a conductive polymer solution of the present invention comprises the steps of adding a phase transfer catalyst to an aqueous polymer solution prepared by dissolving a π-conjugated conductive polymer and a solubilizable polymer in water thereby to precipitate a mixture containing the π-conjugated conductive polymer, the solubilizable polymer and the phase transfer catalyst, and adding an organic solvent to the mixture.
